Dan F: We all scratched our heads here at CES when we read your comments on "overcharging you 30 cents per gallon" and then how we messed up the math on a refund. No idea how this could even occur since all our posted fuel prices are posted to every customer service rep every day, so there should be no confusion. The story just isn't making sense to any of us, so if you would like to call us - we'd be happy to review it fully. We have about 100 local people working here and never rip anyone off. Very reputable locally owned company that takes GREAT care of our customers. The internet can make tough guys out of bullies on their computers easily. We would ask that IF you really have a real problem - you can call us directly. We have never ripped anyone off for $15 or $45 Dan. Sounds slanderous to us my friend. Somehow we've managed to gain almost 1900 new customers in 2012 alone. Shout out to ces salesman Pete for handling the install of gas lines and tank at my house. I'm a contractor myself and when a job is done right - I appreciate it. Pete showed up on-time for the appointment, good estimate, the service guys showed when pete scheduled it for, hooked up my new lp gas furnace and grill fast and neat. I see enough hacks in the building trades industry - ces did the job great. In a time when companies don't call back or show for appointments - I appreciate how the job came out.
