This is the best gym I've ever belonged to. I'm not a Power Lifter, Bodybuilder or Strongman - just a regular person. I came here to get in better shape of course and learn more about lifting weights, but I've received much more than that. Tami is not only the owner but an excellent personal trainer as well. She is the perfect combination of tough and encouraging in order to help you progress toward your goals and makes sure you understand how your nutrition, habits and anything else you do outside the gym will impact your progress. Because of her guidance, I am stronger and working out has become something I look forward to. The other trainers on staff seem to work in the same way with their clients. The bootcamp instructors are great too. I've found that I'm more consistent than I have every been and am excited about my progress. You'll notice that members are focused but friendly and helpful. Don't let the name intimidate you-this is a very welcoming place no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

PS - Byron and Tami are very calm, cool and collected. I've never seen anyone there with a temper or behave improperly. I've never seen an ambulance or anything like the previous poster says. In fact, safety and proper form/technique is emphasized constantly.

great place to work out if you know what your doing if your your looking for someone to hold your hand and teach you proper techniques or just arent that serious about working out then go else where if u want a great power lifting or a gym that has all the extra equipment you need this is the place ive been at popular gyms and other local gyms this ones the best and most friendly

This is a shoddy operation. The head waterboy is very tempermental and unprofessional. Any music selection you desire as long as it is screamin' loud death metal. Ambulances have appeared at this facility many a time to extract enthusiasts.

Sunday, normally the day of rest, is the hardest of workouts.

A girl was seen carrying weights up & down the driveway. Upon finishing collapsed in the grass dry heaving due obvious asthma. The two males merely made fun of her that she was fatiguing too early & did nothing to assist her.

On another Sunday 3 guys were flipping a tractor tire up & down the street. How do you not get hit my a car doing this? After they were done the one muscle neck threw up his guts on the lawn.

It's hardcore at your own expense. Beware. Seek a competent gym with sensible instruction.

Know that any trainer/facility not instructing in kinesiology is sooner or later going to get you hurt.
