I recently had some car issues and sought to have them solve by Gray's Broadway Automotive. I had an diagnosed test and was assured that the service that was paid for in advance would solve my problems. It took over a week to get my car back. I picked up my keys and walk to my car to notice the passenger window was down. Why it was let down I have no idea. I was concerned because the window will not come back up on its own and I'm sure if who ever let it down would have tried to get it back up and realize it would not work. No one said anything about it and in my mind they notice an issues ignored it and willing to let me walk out of there without saying a word about it.As a customer i am very concern. What else could have been wrong with my car after they service it.Would it have been safe for me to drive it ?Could it have cause me to have an accident? I also had oil smears on my drivers side. Finally I would not recommend this shop to any one,poor communication,service,and a waste of my money. Just 30 minutes after i left the shop i had issues and the manage said or Jacob "My guys drove it three times and didn't notice anything. You may bring it back but we wont be able to look at it until a tomorrow after i have left my car there a whole week. If anything my car came be to me in worst shape. I am currently seeking help with my car elsewhere.
I do not know if perhaps the other people who wrote reviews were paid to do so, but my personal experience was horrible! He gave me an estimate of $800, final bill on a used transmission was over $1500! His employees are crooks and thieves. They stole my jumper cables, tools and tire jack out of my trunk. All Terry had to say was, well I ain't responsible for things left in yo car. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy!
Something happened to my car after some work they did and they were quick to make sure that the problem was fixed free of charge after hearing I was not satisfied. Good mechanics who will help you if you are not completely contempt with the their work.
GREAT SERVICE! EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CURTIOUS. TOOK MY TRUCK IN ONE DAY AND GOT IT BACK IN THREE DAYS. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
I didn't have a great experience when I first took my truck there. The former owner rebuilt the transmission and had to take it back a couple of times. He was supposed to be able to do the rebuild right the first time. Mrs. Donna made sure everything got taken care of and it did cost me some time but I'd rather my truck stay a few days longer and be done right than have to go back again. Running great now and I'm glad she is the one that actually cares about people. Go there! You won't regret it!
Had a great experience at Atco. It took a little longer than I would have liked but Donna explained why and when I got my car back it has been great! I would recommend this company to anyone. I had my transmission priced out several places and the price was all over the place. Donna gave me a low and high estimate so I knew what I may have to pay. It was $100 over the lowest price she gave me so I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off!
HONEST AND COMPETENT! THEY DIAGNOSED A REPAIR SOMEONE ELSE DIAGNOSED INCORRECTLY. SAVED ME $1,500!
My husband had his truck at two different places...one charged $1800 and the other $2300 and the problem wasn't solved. He called Atco and they got him in right away because they understood it was his work truck and he had to have it. Atco was so professional and stayed late to fix it! It's been over three months and has had ZERO problems! They fixed it and it was done right the first time! Thank you Atco!!!
I had transmission trouble while on a road trip. Found Tony's thru google and glad i did. He had my truck picked up very fast and didn't take advantage of my situation being out of town. I was expecting them to scream rebuild but he let me know very fast that it wasn't necessary. He fixed the problem and had me going within 24 hrs!!!! Couldn't expect any friendlier and knowlegable folks to deal with. I would recommend Tonys to anyone!
