Worst management company when it comes to getting paid. We have invoices almost 6 months old. They have not returned a single phone call. I will not ever do work for this management company ever again!

The worst property management company I have ever worked for. They do not care how hard I worked, only how to save money by hiring a low paid piece of eye candy in for my replacement. My experience was horrible. I had been told to stay away from working for this company, but had no choice. I was told lies right to my face by the RM and property manager. The property has done nothing but go down hill and that is wrong because there are good residents that live there that are now unhappy. The people that work for the company will talk about everyone behind their backs unless you have worked for them for many years. I'm glad to have company in my rearview mirror and have moved on to a much better job environment where my hard work is appreciated and I am rewarded for being a team player with a great, positive attitude.

I have came and worked for this company and painted several apartments.I HAVE THE HARDEST TIME GETTING PAID. THE MANAGEMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM LOOKING FOR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE ALSO. VENDORS STAY AWAY.

This is the worst company to tried to get paid from, do not, DO NOT be a vendor. We need 10 people who have been burned for a class action.

Would not recommend this lady to anyone !!!! She set up appt to show rental property , I called when she didnt show and to verify our appt and she said had already rented house . She didnt even have enough proffesional manner to call and let us know before we drove 40 miles ! Should be option for 0 stars :)

Worst property management company I ever dealt with. Stay away from signing a lease contract with this company.

I have been a resident for about 2 months in the Daphne Complex and I have been disappointed in the way of how the property has been kept. I pay over $1000.00 a month in rent and I never seem to have a parking space. I have made complaints about the parking and nothing has been done. I dont understand why there is no residential parking permits. Also the lighting in this complex is horrible. I am a single woman with kids and I am afraid to walk alone at night. I have seen where the awning roofs are caving in and weeds are growning in the gutters, and rotted wood on the building including my porch. The pool is always filthy and the pool guy lives on property but he hangs out by the pool and does nothing. This is supposed to be a gated community but they have yet to be operational. I believe that if I am to pay this amount in rent than all the benifits and amenities that is promised in my contract should be done. I shouldn't have to worry about walking around this property in poor lighting or no lighting and be scared.
