I contacted Robert at Ovack Service Center by phone first. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed, so I drove immediately to his shop. He fixed the hose to my vacuum while I waited. I highly recommend him for any vacuum issues you have.

I received an Oreck vacuum as a Christmas gift purchased from Ovack Service Center. It was an Oreck U3840 series and I absolutely LOVE IT! The owners of Ovack are small business owners, and are down-home friendly people that cares about the customer and provides quality customer service. They also stock all other models of vacuums and stock bags, belts, etc for any brand vacuum. I would recommend them for the purchase of a new Oreck Vacuum as if you purchase it from them, they will extend manufacturers warranty and will provide some free tune-ups. I took my vacuum cleaner to Ovack on a Mon. And had it back Wed. morning. Its working much better than it was. Everytime I go in the owner greats my with a smile and allways has good convos with me.
