        Overall

        Jim Massey ruined my suit jacket, admitted it was ruined, and only reimbursed me for the dry cleaning. It cost over $100 to replace the almost new suit jacket. The claim was not resolved through the Better Business Bureau. NEVER TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO JIM MASSEY. IF THEY RUIN THEM THEY WILL NEVER REIMBURSE YOU!!! They will blame it on the manufacturer of your clothes. They accept no blame. RUN FROM THEM or YOUR CLOTHES WILL BE RUINED!!!
