Worst customer service I ever saw. Was there last night with a friend. I went through one line and had a very pleasant checker who took care of everything efficiently and with a smile. My friend was not so lucky. He went through another line and got stuck behind a woman who was apparently new to WIC and didn't understand some brands are not eligible for purchase. Instead of a manager coming along and helping the customers behind her to collect their groceries and move to another line, they kept running back and forth through the store trying to find products to appease this one demanding customer who apparently lacked the breeding or the common sense to get out of line and go do her own shopping. They never offered to do squat for the customers in line behind her or even extend a verbal apology for their inconvenience. Absolutely horrible customer service ethic and I don't know that I will ever shop there again.

Should have a website with your weekly ad and keep it updated. Just looked at the Millbrook Food Outlet for their ad and it is 3 months old.
