Be prepared to be treated as nothing more than a number. My advice would be to take your insurance money and go elsewhere. After having a scheduled appointment for over two weeks, and after confirming my appointment on Friday, was called Monday and told my appointment had to be rescheduled. The person who was supposed to make sure they had the medicine required for my test didn't do their job. I've had to be on a special diet before this test can be performed, had to schedule time off work, paid for a hotel room because I don't live in Montgomery and the test takes two days... and now the day before the test they want to reschedule for another week. Nope. Going elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. Very disappointing.

Send wrong report to my doctor!!!!!!

I would never recommend this place for any type of testing. I had an MRI for a herniated disc in my cervical spine. It took me four weeks to get an appointment with my neurosurgeon. I picked up the CD with my images on it to take with me today. I get there, an hours drive away, and my neurosurgeon can only give me a steroid pack because the CD information only contained my medical records, NOT the images he needed to diagnose me. Therefore, it was a wasted trip. I had to make another appointment to see him when the CD is correct and has images. I went back there after the appointment today and explained to the front desk what they had done. I was none too happy about it!!! The lady who made the CD called me into the business office, after waiting about 20 minutes, and showed me what was on the new CD. She made me feel very dumb. She repeatedly asked if I saw the old CD, which she had on the side, and wanted to make sure I knew the new one had the correct information on it. All I got was ""Sorry 'bout that"". I will NEVER go back there again!!!!! BEWARE!
