Eagle Landing-Villas Apartments

The apartment complex is well kept and absolutely beautiful. The amenities like a pool, fitness center, playground, and tennis courts are awesome benefits. You can't beat the rent. Definitely the nicest place in the area for a great price. In 2016 they got a new management company which has really boosted the community. Very helpful staff focused on creating a wonderful community.

First all when I first moving here for bout less than 6 month so now all the ppl that work in office got fired and this Jackie Ray live across from me 5824 apt G were the manager and after she came back after some trip two week ago her power were off and then she lived at 5844 apt H with her daughter who ever that used to work in the office so now she jackie wasn't suppose lived at 5844 H I guess she Dont want nobody know that she live at that address so that tell me that u can't have no one lived with the person that not on the lease and guess she ain't got no where to go but she to dead wrong for that.The dump haven't been take out for the 3rd week so we lived with this stink,nasty,gross trash.who ever at that office they Dont have no respect for anyone out here . please do something bout this it look so bad outside so it will be on the news soon or later

From the outside everything LOOKS FINE but once your there its a different story. The "security gate" never work, someone tried to break out my car window & when it was time to leave and get my security deposit back I had to harass them for MY money! First excuse was I gave them the wrong address, really! Then after two months of calling and threating to sue I received it but not all because they "claim" I moved out later. Take the advice of other reviews and RUN!

I got assaulted by black teenagers 5 or 7 of them , one had a gun, they punched me in the face and took my phone. This happened during daytime on a Sunday.

My wife and I were relocating our daughter from Jackson, MS to Montgomery Ala because she is going to school there. We decided on Eagle Landing, completed all the paperwork, and paid our security deposit to hold the apartment. We had it set up to move in on July 13, 2013. The day before leaving, I had purchased a U-Haul and loaded all the furniture, so I decided to call Eagle Landing to find out the earliest we could pick up the key. To my surprise, the guy I spoke with had no knowledge of anyone by our last name moving in the next day. After I gave him a description of the lady we gave our security deposit to, he got her to the phone. Turns out her name was Taylor. My mouth dropped when she told me that she had gotten promoted to another position and had forgotten about us and subsequently had rented the apartment to someone else. Even though we paid our security deposit and mind you, security deposits are supposed to hold an apartment, we were stuck with no apartment, had purchased a U-Haul, my wife and I both had put in for vacation time with our jobs to complete the move and the best this company could do for us was to move us in to a different apartment the following week. Needless to say, we were not very happy. Taylor said they could give us our security deposit back so we agreed to that. It has been 9 days since they said they mailed it from Alabama to Mississippi but still no security deposit. Called back and they said they had the address wrong; however, I’m sure the address was written correct on the application. We’re in the process of trying to find out who the Management Company is since Eagle Landing will not tell us; Googled it but no luck yet. DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT rent from Eagle Landing. They do not adhere to good business practices. Take heed to this review and RUN RUN RUN!!
