        I’ve been going to Dental Concepts for about 10 years now (since 2008). I can honestly say that the 5 things I love most about this dental office is:

        1. The waiting area is always clean, organized, and quiet.

        2. The exam rooms are always clean, organized, and non-intimidating.

        3. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, good-natured, and professional.

        4. The dental hygienists are gentle, observant, knowledgeable, and meticulous when it comes to cleaning your teeth; that should come as a great relief to anyone who, like me, doesn’t play around when it comes to dental hygiene and dental care.

        5. They actually use two methods to remind you about upcoming dental appointments: (1) a courtesy phone call – not a text, but an actual phone call (I absolutely love that!) and (2) an appointment slip that’s mailed to your home address 7 – 10 days prior to your appointment.

        After 10 years, I’ve yet to find ANYTHING negative to say about Dental Concepts. So, overall, I’d have to honestly say that I’m extremely satisfied with them thus far.
