No help what so ever!. This office needs a total overall, to include management, helpful employees, people that can work or perform independently. This is a prime example of a "single point of failure" for this business. No one answers the phones, regardless of the time you call. There is only one phone for customers to call in on, and of course that number is ALWAYS, ALWAYS busy or unavailable. Has it ever occurred to anyone to include management, that maybe some additional phone lines could improve efficiency, hence drastically improve customer service? Does this department have anyone in charge, a supervisor for example that capable of supervising, while at the same time seeking out ways to improve customer service, after all isn't that what it all about?
