DO NOT RENT FROM ARONOV HOME RENTALS. They paint the entire wall for a small scratch because the paint don't match. They say touchups don't match. They charged be over $1000 for normal wear and tear. Bunch of thieves.
Moved in to a house with urine stained carpets, broken blinds, and chipped paint. When I moved out they charged me 600 dollars to fix what was already broken. After calling 3 times and leaving messages I still don't know why. These are criminals
DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent any house from Aronov!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough! They are all super friendly and accommodating UNTIL you put down a deposit. Then you aren't allowed back in the house you are going to rent until you sign the lease. NOT EVEN for a walk through to make sure it still looks the way it did when you put down the deposit. My mom was DENIED access over and over until she signed the lease. Then the lady said OH I don't know if they told you, but they dyed the carpet. They wouldn't fix it and wouldn't let her out of her lease. It looks like they spray painted it! IT'S HORRIFIC! Then as soon as she got her keys she noticed the microwave was broken and they said anything that's less than $50 to repair is the responsibility of the renter. WHAT?!?! She had just moved in and she's supposed to pay to fix something that was already broken!?! Seriously, DO NOT use Aronov!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Apparently the head honchos at Aronov don't know how the minions over at the rental department do business... but I'm going to make sure everyone else does!
Don't rent from Aronov if at all possible. They will take 6 weeks to a year to fix things in your home, even after you call/email to remind them for several months, if they even fix it at all. If you have to break your lease early they will require you to leave the utilities in your name and then will proceed to use ridiculous amounts of water in a short period of time. Basically, they used the amount of water that we would normally use in 6 months in a 4 day period and then refused to take responsibility even though we had already turned in our keys and moved 2000 miles away. They are horrible people and I would not recommend dealing with them.
