I made my daughter a hair appt for 4:30. I was told it take 4 hours because two people will be working on her head at one time. I was thinking four hours is good considering the style. But that was a LIE. They didn’t start until 5:15. The owner was the only person braiding her hair. I left and ran to the store. Once I walked out the door she stopped doing her hair and started on another customer. I had to come back and ask her again what time will she be finished this time I was told 9. I stated a made an appt to prevent being here all day. Why make an appt if you are going to start on time or do the person with the appt first. I would not recommend the place to anyone. Service is actually a zero. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I was referred here but i will not allow anyone once to experience this HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
This is the worst car dealership i have ever done worked with they have no honor that amber women is the biggest liar i have ever seen i am 7 months ahead on my payments she keep holding my payments to make me late so they can keep more of my interest I would never trust these people everyone should report them to bbb and we should file a class action suit against them.
I started going to Kong's ROOT SALON in August of 2016. He has cut and styled my hair fabulously, every time. I totally trust him to choose how to pamper my hair perfectly. The salon has several wonderful stylists so you can definitely find someone to handle any type of hair. There is a massage therapist on site too.
This dealership absolutely RUINED my son's 16th birthday present! He picked out a truck from this dealership. We got all of the price and financing worked out. My husband told the sales people that he would be there in the morning to get the truck and they said they would be waiting on him. Late that afternoon, the salesman called my husband and told him that someone just bought the truck. We had everything worked out. We wanted to surprise our son on the day of his birthday with this truck in the driveway. But now, there will be NOTHING waiting on him because his birthday is 2 days away. When I called to talk to the general sales manager, Greg O'Grady, he was simply unapologetic for what happened and gave me the robotic policy/excuses that they must have to give quite often for their shady business practices. I would advise anyone to NEVER do business with this dealership because if they are heartless enough to ruin someone's 16th birthday, then they are capable of most anything!!!
GF bought a car from them, made all the payments and now they won't send the title. Dodging phone calls or they say they will send it soon or they already sent it. This has been going on for 3 months now. Not a good way to do business chip.....
My mom never gets he hair done. So I treated he and she felt so special. :-) Planning to take her back for a perm and a coolly.
The staff is incredibly warm and offer personalized service. I was in a rush to get to an event that night, and Tony stayed open past business hours to help. Alterations were free and only took 15 minutes. Will definitely be back.

I have been going to Ashley once a month for over two years, and she has done a terrific job every time. I would pay two to three times as much in some of the other area salons. I have long and difficult hair, but I always walk out of the salon looking great. Well, not ME, but my hair does.
I got a car from there and the next day it broke down. I had it for 2 moths its been in the shop the whole time. Now they want me to pay for tore up car. This is the worst car dealer I have every deal with. Don't go there if you want to ride.
