I have been using this facility for years. I came in and waited approximately 20 minutes in line. There were probably 7 cars behind me and they tried (key word) to put a vehicle in front of me. I did not let them in, they told me the car had been Washe'd and it had to go back through in front of all the others. I said they could get at the back of the line and wait like the rest of us. The employee threw his pen down , walked away and told another employee to talk to me. Completely disrespectful and obnoxious. Next employee said it was a rewwash and they had priority . I said not in front of me. They finally put it at the back of the line behind the folks that had been waiting. Told management of incident and was basically brushed off despite that I gave employs description of employee thato had been so discourtious. I PAY FORA SERVICE AND EXPECT IT TO BE DONE WITHOUT BEING DISRESPECTED. I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I purchased the inside and outside detail pkg. After they were "done" there were still bugs on the windshield and hood, the inside windows weren't done, when I started to go back in, I was told "You ain't gotta go back in there." Obviously they didn't want the manager to know what a poor job they had done. Even after they re-cleaned the windshield and did the inside windows, AFTER I showed them several spots that had not been cleaned, when I got home and had a chance to really look, I realized they had not even TOUCHED the sunroof. I was looking for somewhere that took a little pride in what they do, as I can't detail the car myself. I won't be back here. I am still looking for a "PROFESSIONAL" detailing shop, and am willing to pay for what I get.
I went to Reflections this morning for a wash and interior cleaning. I ended up purchasing neither service due to such a horrific customer service experience. I have Parkinson’s disease and accidentally selected the wrong services and options from the the self-service kiosk. Instead of assisting me with the problem and closing an up-sell opportunity, the manager berated and lectured me for expecting customer “service from the 1930’s”. While I appreciate the humor inherent in such and idiotic attempt at a history lesson from the car wash guy, I don’t appreciate horrendous customer service that also assaults my dignity. Dealing with Parkinson’s disease is difficult enough without being reminded of my affliction in a rude, insensitive, and ignorant way. A service approach devoid of basic human decency is an awfully short sited strategy for a business that operates in an industry where great customer service is critical. To that end, I will NEVER use Reflections car wash again. Further, I will go out of my way to divert business away from them by describing my experience in excruciating detail to the thousands of friends, family, and colleagues that comprise my vast personal network in the Montgomery area.
These guys don't care about your car at all !!! that guy started with his lazy hands and somehow managed to move those brush in his hands.Looks like some one is forcing them to work and they are working out of there will. Then after the car wash i took my car to vacuum area. That area was so filthy and dirty. As I was cleaning my car rugs in vacuum area, a skinny guy with blonde hair came and talked to me in very rude manner by showing his wrist watch - these are his exact words "you should be outta here in 10 minutes".Don't ever waste your money on these rude and pathetic, lazy people. Message to the owner - if you cannot manage this car wash, better close it rather than fooling people OR get at least get some polite and active workers.
