First I would like to say that the dealership did correct the problem I had. My problem with the overall service is that there was no attempt to satisfy me completely. There were no recommendations to improve my situation, the supervisor seemed to know very little about the electronics of my truck. I thought the dealership knew everything! After two more visits to the dealership to complete the process, the only advice I got was to unplug the battery for about 30 minutes. I finally found the info I needed from an online forum.The one silver lining of the visits was a very nice lady who communicated with me through the process. (I think her name was Mary).
Hey I have personal dealings with this company. I Bought a Jeep from them 6 months ago and it is still going and I have never HAD A PROBLEM with it. I even got behind in my payments and Amber helped me out with a payment plan. These people are great people they help you out when you need it and no one else will. I guess that is why Chip Ellis has been selling cars for 30 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well end rant i just don't like to see people bad mouth good people.
Wow, I received excellent customer service from start to finish and after the sale. Mr. Jim got me started and approved the same day. Ms. Glenda did my paperwork and fed me when I didn't realize I hadn't eaten all that day because I was too excited about my car. Then Scott came allllllllll the way across town to my job to help me figure out a gadget on my car. Now that's going the extra mile :) I definitely recommend this family business !!!!
The service department met me in the parking area and took my vehicle straight back and offered me a ride to my next destination. While, I has other arrangements previously made for transportation, the staff was courteous and on top of their game from the minute I drove up. The vehicle was done in a matter of a few hours and done right the first time.
I personally know the people that work there and they are def not the things that other reviews are saying. I came in with a very small deposit and they took a chance on me. My credit was even bad. I now have a car that gets me back and forth to work and school. I am very thankful for Chip Ellis and would recommend them to ANYONE!
