My daughter Michelle lived in Montgomery for 4 years while attending university there. We sent down an old car from Canada for her which she had problems with. We gave her the advise of getting estimates from a few places for repair. Some of the estimates where very high. While looking at her car, the person checking it out at DJ's Car Care connected a loose wire and sent her off, no charge. Of course, being an old car she had other problems. She went for estimates a few times, enough to know that even though they were the farthest away from where she lived, she had absolute trust in the company. I would like to thank Danny for looking after my daughter and for letting her realize that there are some really good people out there working or owning very honest companies.The kindness and trustworthiness for my daughter will never be forgotten.
I recently had some car issues and sought to have them solve by Gray's Broadway Automotive. I had an diagnosed test and was assured that the service that was paid for in advance would solve my problems. It took over a week to get my car back. I picked up my keys and walk to my car to notice the passenger window was down. Why it was let down I have no idea. I was concerned because the window will not come back up on its own and I'm sure if who ever let it down would have tried to get it back up and realize it would not work. No one said anything about it and in my mind they notice an issues ignored it and willing to let me walk out of there without saying a word about it.As a customer i am very concern. What else could have been wrong with my car after they service it.Would it have been safe for me to drive it ?Could it have cause me to have an accident? I also had oil smears on my drivers side. Finally I would not recommend this shop to any one,poor communication,service,and a waste of my money. Just 30 minutes after i left the shop i had issues and the manage said or Jacob "My guys drove it three times and didn't notice anything. You may bring it back but we wont be able to look at it until a tomorrow after i have left my car there a whole week. If anything my car came be to me in worst shape. I am currently seeking help with my car elsewhere.

I do not know if perhaps the other people who wrote reviews were paid to do so, but my personal experience was horrible! He gave me an estimate of $800, final bill on a used transmission was over $1500! His employees are crooks and thieves. They stole my jumper cables, tools and tire jack out of my trunk. All Terry had to say was, well I ain't responsible for things left in yo car. I would not recommend this man to my worst enemy!
Once upon a time, these guys were ethical. That is not the case anymore. After taking both of our cars in for routine maintenance, we noticed new, strange noises and leaks in our driveway. We reported these occurrences within the first week, and brought the cars in for a quick once-over. ' things needed to settle', we were told. After another few weeks, we brought our primary car in AGAIN for review. They'd forgotten to reconnect the power steering hose, but no worries, right? They reconnected it and told us that should fix the noises and leaking. One week later, in preparation for an 800+ mile drive, we asked them to check it again. Nothing had stopped ( not the noise, not the leaking) and we noticed that the brake light that they had charged us to repair HAD NEVER BEEN FIXED. We paid for them to flush the power steering pump, and went on our way, with assurances that our car was in working order. While we were away, we noticed that the noises and leaking remained, they still hadn't repaired the light we asked them (and paid them) to fix, and that they had forgotten to do things like secure our battery in our car. It was a mess. Upon returning and demanding that they at least secure our battery and FINALLY fix that light, we were told that our power steering pump was about to fail, but that they would give us a GREAT deal on repairing it!!! The bottom line is that these guys like to hide behind faith to lure in trusting customers, but in the end, you'll need to be praying that your car works after they touch it.
Their website specifically say they overhaul engines. I called to ask about a ring job on my truck and was told they don't repair engines, only replace engines. They need to remove the "overhaul" from their website and service description. It is misleading.
