Was the worst and most embarrassing moment ever! I was judged and treated very bad in front of my son about why I couldn't afford glasses for my son by Dr Hagier an older white Doctor. The assistant was in the room and she said nothing as he asked me personal questions about my finically situation. I have never I repeat never been so humiliated in my life! I have pulled my kids from the judge mental so call place of business The ratings are all 0!!!!!

I have gone to Institute For Total Eye Care for over five years, and my wife for over ten years. The staff are all very friendly.
I would describe the doctor at Institute For Total Eye Care as a good doctor. He is a very good doctor.
Everybody at the Institute for Total Eye Care has been really nice. I have no complaints about them.
With having a busy work schedule, time is of the essence. These doctors will not waste your time and make you wait long.
My favorite thing about the Institute for Total Eye Care is the staff. They make the experience very pleasant.
I am very pleased with my visits to the Institute for Total Eye Care. Dr. Healey is young and sassy.
Everyone was friendly; I'll say that much. But -- having just returned from an appointment -- I am extraordinarily frustrated. First, although I arrived at 7:45 for a plain old eye exam, I did not get out of there until 9:45... and that was only because I turned down the contact lens fitting upon learning that my insurance wouldn't cover it along with glasses (not Itec's fault, of course); had I done all I'd planned to do, I would have been there even longer. I think that this was because Itec appeared to schedule three patients for my doctor at exactly 8:00. It's unclear to me how they thought he was going to see all of us at once. Second--speaking of unclarity--no one mentioned that my vision might be blurred for a few hours. My job involves a lot of reading, and I can't do that right now. Had I known, I would have scheduled an appointment for later in the day. The upshot is that it took two hours (!) for me to obtain a prescription, and it might as well have been three or more since the pupil dilation rendered me unable to work this morning. (To be clear, I'm not complaining that they dilated my pupils; I'm frustrated that no one said anything like, "please be advised that you may not be able to see clearly for some time after the exam" when I scheduled my appointment.)I'm giving two stars instead of one because, unlike the only other eye doctor I've visited in Montgomery, at least the fellow I saw this morning didn't seem like a crazy person. And again, the whole staff was very courteous (excepting their failure to apologize for the wait).
