Dr. Russell K. Oku, O.D.

It was my first time here and I very much liked it! It’s a great place and they have a fantastic selection of designed glasses and cutting edge technology. The staff is very helpful and Dr. Oku is a wonderful compassionate doctor. He actually cares about his patients and listens to them as well.

Dr. Oku has been our family optometrist for many years, ever since our kids were little. He and his staff are always very nice and professional. He is also thorough in his examination and takes the time to answer your questions and explain things. We've had a few emergencies and he made the time to see us right away. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Oku.

I've been going to Dr. Oku for almost 6 years and he and his team have always delivered excellent professional service in a kind and warm manner. If you drive by Atlantic Blvd. and the 60 fwy, it's a great place to take care of your eye health needs!

I've been a patient of Dr. Oku for about 6 years. He is very friendly and does a thorough job with my eye exams every year. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming as well . I order contacts and they are ready for pickup within a few days. I've moved to the Southbay and still drive all the way to Monterey Park to go to Oku Optometry!

I just had my first eye exam in about 7 years. I'm not a big fan of doctors. I was treated extremely well by Dr Russ and the staff. With my first visit Dr Russ took his time with me, I didn't feel rushed through. He treated me like a valued client, which I'm finding rare nowadays. His staff also took their time with me while I did my frame shopping and addressed my concerns about my first pair of glasses. So far the whole experience has been more than I expected.
