Great delivery service

I can't say anything about in-store because I've never been, but as for their delivery service, I can say that the delivery men are always polite, the items picked always seem properly cared for during delivery, and there are very few mix ups. For the few that there were, I just called the customer service # on the printed invoice they give you and it was handled in a proper manner.
