I put myself on a guest list for Thursday March 25, 2010 at QC 20/20 nightclub. When I went I asked the people that were working there that my friends and I were on the guestlist but they told us that I had to wait in the back of the line. The line was really long and it pretty much was 1/4 mile long. So I asked another person that worked there that I was put on 2 of the DJ's that were playing guestlists, but all they told us was to wait in the back of the line. So as the night grew longer we were furious. What was the point of being on the guestlist when we have to stand in back of the line. When we asked for the fifth time that we were on the guestlist they told us that a person was going around with the list. But the thing was there was only one person going through the line. I went up to her to tell her we were on a guestlist and she ignored us. We asked her again and she told us to wait in the back. Then I asked another worker there and he told us that the person with the list was working her way to the back of the line but when we checked she was still holding her clipboard standing in the front of the line doing nothing. We decided to leave. Unsatisfied, furious, and disappointed on how a so-called prestigious teen nightclub that I've been too turned out so horrible. And a lot of girls were complaining about the guestlist too.
I do not recommend going to this club at all. It was the worst time of our lives. The service was rude and if someone put the time and effort to sign up for the guestlist a couple of days before why do they have to stand in back of the line with people who didn't. Doesn't the ""guestlist people"" get dibs on front of the line access.
First off within the last couple months I've been there about 3-4 times. Once for my sisters birthday, once for my cousins and once for my brother in laws. Because it was soo close to my home I kept going, hoping that the next time or experience would be better then my last. This last time I went Too Short was going to perform, I said hey an extra bonus for my brother in laws birthday! On 2 separate occasions I called to get on the guest list and to see if they had any special specials or anything for parties of 5 of more to celebrate a birthday. The girls and guys that answered were some of the rudest people I've ever talked to let alone not helpful at all. To be on the guestlist they send you to a recording. Oh and if your on the guestlist you still pay $15 to get in. RIP OFF! Oh and forget about trying to get the DJ to wish you’re loved one a happy birthday... I told the DJ at least 7 times to wish my sister a happy birthday and all he did was in the middle of the song say "shout out to Vanessa”. The club does not get packed and the crowd isn’t too pretty. When you’re on the guestlist you have to be there by 10:00 which is standard at all clubs. This club however, has NO guestlist line just one regular line where they don’t let you in till 11:00. After standing for 1 1/2 hours they said we weren’t on the guestlist and we have to find some random guy (Louie) on our own and talk to him. Once we got in the club about an hour later and 2 beers later I slipped and fell, when I fell my heel ripped and bent which made it impossible for me to walk. The bouncers told my boyfriend I could not be in the club and that he had to take me home. It was sooo embarrassing, I was telling them I was ok, that it was my shoe and they did not care. There were about 5 security guards escorting us out like if I did something wrong. I never got to see the performance and I paid $15 to a half full club with bad music to leave an hour later by embarrassment.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND DEFINATELY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR NIGHT.
FYI be prepared to pay different amounts then what they advertise... Enterance fees, drinks, etc.

Well i must say i think this place has changed a lot! it has really good drink specials all night long and even better specials before midnight! its really easy to reserve a table and get on the guestlist so that made our saturday nite easy to go out. I cant wait to celebrate my bday there because most times they give out a bottle of champagne! so i think thats cool. i even went for happy hour and was able to relax and enjoy the lakers game with some coworkers, even then they had some good drink specials. i really liked the happy hour cuz it goes later than most other places 4-8pm. def reccomend this place!

The cover is $15 which is way too much for this pseudo-hot spot. The bartending staff is rude and all charge different prices for drinks. The female bartender upstairs had no idea how to make a jager-bomb and instead of energy drink tried to give us diet coke. My friend got the receipt back and was reviewing it which the bartender did not like at all so after my friend had signed it, the bartender snatched it out of her hand and muttered something under her breath. This place is whack, the music is lame and so are the people who work there.
