If I could give this a 0 I would but this is the lowest rating possible, on 05/01 I got an email notifying me that I had to bring in my 2016 Chevy Malibu for service as soon as possible and get the Emission System checked out which I did on 05/2. They had to keep my vehicle for a few days which they provided a Loaner to be able to get to work and back home so I get my vehicle back from the shop on 05/05 (Saturday) distance from the dealership is less than 3 miles and distance from my home to work is about 10 miles ( 20 miles round trip) on Monday 05/07 on my way back home my vehicle started over heating and on Tuesday 5/08 I took it back to Montebello Chevrolet maybe they did something or forgot to put something back in and that was the reason it was overheating so they provided me another loaner and sent me on my way..That same evening I get a call back from one of the Service Riders letting me know that I had cracked my Radiator and I was told that " I must of hit a rock or a pebble" and that it would cost me about $1,200 for Parts and Labor to get it fixed. My vehicle was perfectly fine until I took it in for service due to the fact I got an email about the Emission System Software. I took my Malibu to two different Auto Shops were I was notified that the crack/puncture was done on the side of the Radiator the part that faces the engine.. not on the outside facing the front of the vehicle. I do not know if they intentionally damaged my vehicle to bring it back and get some money out of me or if a Mechanic accidentally punctured the Radiator and did not inform anyone so that he/she would not get in any trouble.. regardless the Service Department will not own up to any responsibility and now is going to cost me out of pocket to fix a damage that was not my fault this is very frustrating and upsetting. I wonder how many other innocent costumers have fallen for this scam. ???

I have to say that the worst part of the process was the long amounts of paperwork. Tom, Denny and I connected quite awhile back. My request was literally very specific. I wanted a certified used or new 2014 Chevy Cruze. Oh, and it had to be blue. I had a coast limit and a monthly payment limit. No settling not to say he didn't with all respect try. During the "hunt" he always kept communication, so I knew he was on it. By the time we all met there was already a trust in place, familiar. That was cool. The day came when he got his hands on not just 1 but 5 blue Cruzes!!!!!! ALL met my criteria! When all was signed and done I admit, I did my happy dance!!! You see, this car wasn't for me. I was able to surprise my mom and daughter with a beautiful, brand new, 2015 blue Chevy Cruze!!! & at the best possible price ever still under my monthly payment limit!!! Oh yeah, love your coffee machine and you have the most sparkling clean public restroom I've ever been in.
