I haven’t had any. Montclair Infinity was horrible. Overpriced and pretty worthless as far as workers! I had the 60k cash to buy or lease their Q50 and they wouldn’t make time and never called me! Now I see the reviews here and decide not to even go here. Guess I have to drive to Riverside!

My Wife and I always receive the best customer service when we are at this Dealership. They explain what the issues were with the car and always manage to let us know when we can pick up the car; sometimes earlier then expected which is always nice!I feel like I should also give a shout-out to Robert Burow who we both spoke to the first time we can into the Dealership. He has shown absolute Professionalism and Just being a Great Person to us and we now only speak to him anytime we need to come in and he always solve the problem! He's The Wolf! The experience I had at this dealership was AMAZING! Great customer service. I got exactly what I wanted and more in my car. I absolutely LOVE it! This is my 6th car I've purchased in my life and by far was the easiest, quickest and BEST experience I've had. I highly recommend them they went above and beyond for me.

Owned by Sonic Automotive group now, these guys made tremendous improvement on how they deal with customers then when they were Assael of BMW. Better service, facilities and actually making deals now under invoice on some cars.I've leased 3 cars from them and every time the experience gets better.
Aaaahhhh! It is hard to be let down by this dealerships service department when my expectations are already so low from all my other experiences in the past, but they never cease to amaze me. Brought my truck in a month ago for basic service and the very next day my low tire pressure gauge came on. All four tires were below 25PSI. SERIOUSLY, COME ON! On Saturday I brought my wife's tahoe in for basic service and first do you think they noticed the rain gutter that was bent up, which they have supposedly "fixed" twice already? Of course not! I got the tahoe back and in less than one hour the low tire pressure light came on showing that the left rear tire had no air (but it was full). Since it was barely after 4PM I had to bring it back on Monday morning. And on Monday morning they took over one hour of my life from me for something that probably should have taken ten minutes to hook up to a machine. Thanks Sierra Chevrolet for making me over an hour behind on my work day. Please someone open another Chevrolet dealership in the relative area! I'm tired of this.
