Rick is awesome!!! I have found a printer for life. His work is amazing quality and his customer service can't be beat! We spoke over the phone, he listened to my concerns and he helped me get exactly what I needed. With very little going back and forth it is like he just knew what I needed. Everything was so perfect! Rick is very good at film or tape to DVD transfer. He did a 8mm and a 16mm film for me. The results were outstanding. The music he selected was right on the mark and enhanced the film over all. He's a pleasant fellow to deal with. He delivered when he said he would. Overall a good experience. I will use him again.
