I recently had my first experience filling a prescription at the Rite-Aid in Trafford. When I went to pick up my prescription, I was told the co-pay was $95, and I was completely shocked. Cari, the girl who told me this, was so very compassionate about the price when she saw how aghast I was, asked me to wait a few minutes to see if the pharmacist could call the doctor and get me a generic drug to replace it. True to her word, five minutes later, the pharmacist, Scott, came out to help me with my problem. The people who worked here really do care about their customers. They don't know me and yet they treated with respect, kindness and concern. I will never go anywhere else but to this Rite-Aid, and I plan on transferring all my prescriptions over to them. In this fast-paced climate we live in, it is so refreshing to see people slow down and take the time for their customers. Bravo to their hiring practices here!
