Not sure what the other reviews were about (perhaps they're competitor spam), but White Glove did an outstanding job handling the move to our new home. Not only were they courteous and clean, they left ZERO mess upon delivery of our furniture. The best part was I had an antique dresser that has been in my family for years and it looks better now than the day they picked it up. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!
They have had a dresser I ordered 5 months ago at their shop for the past 3 weeks. They will not call me to schedule a delivery and I've called everyday for the past 3 weeks with no answer. I've also left several messages! They also put bunk beds together for my daughters in the past and it was missing multiple screws! Horrible company!!!!!!
Ordered a fireplace from wayfair, which uses this company as a 3rd party delivery agent. I was supposed to receive my package over 2 weeks ago. They have not returned any of mine or wayfair's calls. Wayfair has filed a formal complaint against them. I would not recommend!!!!!
My order from Wayfair reached your place 6 days ago. Wayfairs promise is that when it reaches the delivery partners place (which is you) I would receive a phone call in 2 days to schedule my delivery. So far Wayfair nor I have heard from you. I also called your number and had to leave a voicemail and it was within your business hours. I would like a reply please!
I believe that I was discriminated against because I'm black. Went to get my registration renewed and wanted to pay with my credit card which has my name on it. My name is also on my insurance card and registration renewal card with suffix Jr. on it. My I.D. also has my suffix. Was told she could not except payment because my credit card doesn't have my suffix. So, Because my credit card doesn't have my suffix on it, does that mean it's not me? I don't sign my name with Jr. nor Wesley, which is my middle name.
