The staff members are completely incompetent. They made the same billing mistake not once, but TWICE for me. I got sucked into this tiresome battle between Delta Dental and Carl Medgaus office even though I specifically requested MULTIPLE times to make sure they put the actual in-network treating and billing provider (who is NOT Medguas, by the way). Also, they never scheduled my appointment when I scheduled it with them IN PERSON. What a nasty shock when I was waiting for my reminder call that never came. Fire your entire staff.

the staff at dr.medgaus's office is really helpfull as well as dr.medgaus himself, i only thought i could get braces or something like that and they all told me amazing options i had and that I wasn't hopeless at all, i ended up actually getting some implants and my smile has never looked better!!

Came to Dr. Medgaus and couldn't be happier with my results! Totally redesigned my smile from a set of teeth that I could barely chew with, mouth filled with decay, to a smile that I get complimented on all the time! Overall great experience, and I feel like my life was given back to me.

ive been to dr. medgaus several times in the past and always had a great experience. i originally went for a root canal,but everyone was so friendly and accomodating that i kept going there.now that i live in the area again,im seriously considering going back there.
