I have never thought of starting a telemarketing campaign for our company. We engaged Infinity Customer Care Solutions to conduct a telesales campaign with a view to making sales appointments. Susan Morris approached the task with great enthusiasm and showed a lot of initiative in identifying prospective clients. Susan has a very nice telephone manner which well equips her for this role, and has a good knack of clearly communicating the brief in a relaxed an "unscripted" manner.

I called into a company for information and later found out it was ICCS. They were so helpful and friendly and resolved my question easily. They reflect a business approach lost by other companies: care about the customer, not yourself.
