The customer service at this facility, Day Ford in Monroeville is deplorable. They don't call when they say they will (and this is the managers, currently I'm waiting on a part, that should be under warranty and Dan said that he would call me to let me know if the part would be arriving on Tuesday, of course he hasn't called). The other thing they consistently do, or try, is to B L A M E you for faulty equipment. The must have gone to some type of Ford blaming school! The other concern is that even IF a part falls under warranty and they need to keep your car overnight (which is seems they always do) there isn't a loaner or rental that is available for the paying customer.
I am on my 3rd car from Day Ford and all my cars are service at The Day Ford Location, they have quality work and a great customer service.
My BMW X5 had to towed in for roadside service. Mat from service took excellent care of me and my car. I was back on the road and made it safely back to home in Toronto Canada. A big thank you also to AAA...who efficiently got me to this excellent dealership. Safe travels to all...david enright
Had my car inspected yesterday and waited for it (too cold to go anywhere) in the comfy waiting room. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the car was finished in the time originally quoted. Can't ask for more than that!
I always had a good experience at A&L. I bought multiple cars from them and they are definitely better than other dealerships I dealt with.
I have the highest respect for the Service Dept. and Service personnel at A&L BMW from personal experience. I would not hesitate to recommend A&L BMW. I most recently completed my PA Vehicle Inspection - dropped off on Friday, and collected my vehicle on the next Saturday. Thank you.
DO NOT GO HERE! They LIED several times, saying I needed more work than I actually did! Told me I could BREAK DOWN AT ANY TIME if I didn't shell out over $1000 for an EVAP CANISTER! WHAT?! (Long review, but I have MANY complaints!)Then they told me my brake pads were hanging off, and it was metal on metal, when a family member (who is a mechanic) had checked my brakes the day before and said they were a little worn, but could last several more months -__- Plus, I don't understand how my brakes could be completely worn down like they said, but only need pads and not rotors as well...I had an appointment Monday and dropped my car off Sunday night. It needed inspection/emissions, A/C work, brakes, and work for a low beam headlight and passenger airbag recalls. By 3pm Monday I hadn't heard anything from Valley Honda, so I called and they informed me they hadn't even looked at my car yet. Around 6:45pm I spoke with a mechanic who told me that it would need $2500 worth of work and may break down at any time if I didn't get it fixed, and of course they leave at 7pm so I had 15 minutes to decide if I wanted to spend the money. And then I find out that they lied anyway, and my car is in no danger of breaking down because of the part I needed! They knew I couldn't leave my car there for long because I live in Columbus, OH and was only in town a few days specifically for them to work on my car. Dropped it off Sunday, was supposed to be done Monday. They kept it until Tuesday, and I called again Tuesday at about 6:30pm after once again not hearing from a mechanic, and STILL, THE ONLY THING DONE WAS THE RECALL WORK! Two days and they couldn't even put brakes on the car. They offered to do the brakes in 30 minutes, but I told them to forget it, because if it takes
Great service! Excellent sales professionals! Not pushy, very organized and not your normal car buying experience!!! I will recommend and return!!
Buyer Beware--I have been purchasing cars for over 12 years (every three years) and I have never experienced anything like this. Based on the pattern of the reviews, they seem to have unethical sales practices. The first one involves taking your ss# and sending out the "rookie" and then the manger saves the day. They conducted our sales in reverse order. They told us a price, shook our hands, put the for sale sign on our used car, washed our new car, and then the finance person comes out and says we can do it, but for a hundred dollars more. Then, manipulation: deflect from the issue and talk about how bad other dealerships are. This place is one sale away from the Attorney General announcing an investigation-- drive a couple of miles and purchase somewhere else.
We just purchased a Honda Accord 2012 Two door and were very pleased with the salesman Joe that we dealt with. We have been buying cars for over 35 years and Joe was the most professional and respectful car salesman that we have ever did business with. We usually hate doing business with salesman but this time Joe made our experience very enjoyable. My wife and son were also involved in buying this car and also really liked doing business with Joe. The next car we buy or recommend will be Valley Honda Monroville with Joe. Thank you Joe for a great car buying experience.
