Go elsewhere!! My first day actually looking at gowns was exciting and the young girl waiting on me was very nice. However, I picked MY gown, MY bridesmaids and MY Jr BM and flower girls dresses,and thought all was well. UNTIL, I received a panicked call from my aunt that was at the store in Monreoville telling me the the Jr BM gown I ordered was no longer available!!!! I was LIVID, as well as my Fiancee who called corporate because I was so upset, and found out the the store was to CALL US with this info long before we came into the store for our fittings to find out. When corporate verified this with us, they had the dress made for us. Now we are being told that one of the flower girl dresses ordered in Sept. "should" be in by 11/2/12..MY WEDDING IS 11/3/12!!! Then when I had a jacket that I wasn't sure if I wanted to ware with my gown or not (the sales girl knew this and let me purchase it anyway) I decided I wanted to exchanged on my first fitting for different merchandise in the store. That was DENIED, stating ALL sales are final. I understand gowns are final, but a jacket off the rack should be able to be exchanged for another item. Also the store is dirty, the walls, doors, carpet are dirty and even the bathroom is gross. The management (or lack there of) at the Monreoville store is something left to be desired for such an important day in a womans life. Save yourself some stress/anxiety, go elsewhere!
