We invite you to fill them out online at home, where you have access to the necessary information. Our office is located in Kirkland's Totem Lake area. We also have a satellite office location in Monroe, Washington, which is staffed by Dr. Erich Naumann, specialist in surgery of the maxillofacial region For a complete biography of Drs.
