No drinks, not even water fountain, left me & autistic son for over 5hrs, when job should've been done (stranded 9hrs from home) THE SISTER-DAUGHTER YELLED AT MY AUTISTIC SON; ADMONISHED HIM!! After 5+hrs I asked how much longer, sister-daughter asked brother-son how much longer & slow roast said "I HAVEN'T STARTED ON IT YET! I reacted LOUDLY & with PROFANITY..I said 7x "GET MY TRUCK OUT OF YOUR BAY, NOW!!" THEY REFUSED! THEY CROSSED EVERY LINE! I demanded they call cops when BIG MOMMA-WIFE CAME OUT LIKE RAGING HEFFER FOR HER DEBUT APPEARANCE & ACCUSED ME OF STEALING! BRAGGED SHE HAS VIDEO WITH SOUND..DAMN RIGHT CALL THE COPS, IM NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY COPY OF THAT RECORDING SHOWING YOU DEMAND HUNDREDS DOLLARS MORE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AFTER YOU QUOTED ME A PRICE, YELLING AT MY SON & MANHANDLING HIM LIKE YOU HAVE A RITE! ALSO, WHEN BIG BOSSMAN (ON PHONE) TOLD YOU CUT ME A BREAK CHANGE $977 QUOTE $900...BROTHER-SON 'TOLD ME' OF THAT DISCOUNT PER BIG BOSSMAN, BUT NEVER APPLIED IT TO ANY OF THE PAPERWORK!! They lied & told cops they took off gas tank. SURE! To start NONE of the work in 5+hrs..ONLY THEM! So they told the cops I owe over $250 to take my unfixed truck simply CLAIMING THEY TOOK OFF THE GAS TANK!! Funny this, at sister-daughter's 3rd attempt to get more money, her actual wording, around wait hour 5, was "OH..YEAH..I'm, well, there's a $65 service charge you have to pay because, um, you know, we ARE providing you with a service." SHE'S NOT CLEVER ENOUGH TO EMBEZZLE WHEN SHE CAN'T MAKE UP A LEGIT-SOUNDING EXPLANATION FOR A SERVICE CHARGE..she kept saying "uh, uh, ummm, uh.." when I replied "What OTHER service are you providing that the $900 quote doesn't cover??" She COULDN'T answer because there's NO EXCUSE for INSANE error in judgment bein BLINDED BY GREED, STOLE my fiances truck & LOST HER DAMN MIND punishing MY autistic child! HAD TO TAKE A TRAIN TO BE HOME FOR CHRISTMAS!

Best tow truck in Central NJ. I needed a towing company in Monroe NJ (Monmouth County) so I called Bobby's Towing. They are fast, professional, reliable and affordable. They always arrive so fast which is great. I've used them a few times for emergency towing and a flatbed tow and they are awesome. I cannot say enough good things about Bobby's Towing plus they are also AAA certified. They have picked up my car all over Monmouth County and transported it to places almost 2 hours away. They are simply the best towing company in Central New Jersey! Highly recommended - my entire family in NJ uses them!
Bobby was fantastic! I needed a tow truck in Old Bridge because I broke down. I gave Bobby a call and he came within 30 minutes and towed my car to the workshop of my choice. Bobby provided me with excellent road side service in old bridge!He also drove me to my house and dropped me off. I was very happy with the services I received! Thanks Bobby!
I would give DeFalco's 0 stars if possible. You are better off on the side of the road. The owner, Tom, and his daughter Victoria knowingly overcharge and change their rules with no regard for the customer. They did not respond by the deadline with a complaint through the BBB and then later responded without addressing any of my concerns or refunding any of my money. PLEASE READ. I was in an accident on a Friday and the police called DeFalco's for the towing. DeFalco’s driver came, gave me a ride, and towed my car to their facility in Monroe. I called Saturday to retrieve my car as DeFalco’s doesn't do body work and my insurance had called letting them know I wasn't covered under collision. Victoria told me I could not get my car, although their repair shop is open 8-12 on Sat. Called 12/15 at 8am and was given bill of $617 that included a $40 clean-up site fee, $40 clean-up equipment fee, $40 clean-up yard fee, and a $40 admin fee. Told Victoria that all cleanup was done by NJDOT safety patrol, none by her company. She insisted there was cleanup of fluids. Again repeated no fluid cleanup was done at accident site and any fluid on the bed of the truck should fall under the clean-up equipment fee. She still insisted they had performed cleanup. I told her their prices were higher than other tow companies and it was ridiculous they were charging for cleanup not performed and an unspecified "yard" fee in addition to storage. Told her Compact Kars (CK) would settle my bill and tow the car to their facility; she agreed. Received call later that DeFalco's wouldn't release my car and I needed to come in person. When I asked why this wasn't discussed prior, Victoria told me "You called at 8:01, we had just opened. I can't remember everything." When I told her I was now at work and upset, she stated "Well you did tell me my prices are ridiculous." Arrive at DeFalco’s. Victoria (via phone as she would not come to the front of the office) still insisted charges were correct. Mileage was wrong. Correct mileage is 18.8mi per googlemaps. I know exact route taken as I was in truck with driver. Victoria claims 25mi per googlemaps/denied having GPS tracking. As we were getting nowhere and she had kept us on hold, we decided to just pay and get the car out of there. Tried to pay with a check and was told by Tom they would only take cash so I couldn't stop payment. Their website states they accept cash and check for towing. Tom accepted check from CK.
