I was out of town and needed to fill my medicine. The pharmacy said they needed to check and see if they had it, when she finally came back she said " I can't fill your medicine we only have enough for our regular customers!" Go to Walgreens they had enough for me and there regular customers. I felt so insulted at rite-aid pharmacy and will never shop at this branch again.
Customers tricked into big bills.We were told to sign a waiver to show we couldn't afford the medication deductibles but, what they did was actually charge them to an account andwhen you go to close your account, they'll tell you that you owe hundreds of dollars.Very dirty business!!!!
I have been a customer at Medicap Pharmacy for a long time. And I've been with them for a reason. Their quality of service is the best I've ever seen in a business. They have a wonderful staff who goes above & beyond to help their customers with excellent care & concern. I've never had to wait over 5 minutes for a prescription that I would drop off. These people are so friendly & kind. They care about their customers. If I don't need a prescription refilled for a few weeks, I actually just go by and stop in to say Hello. Medicap is not just my pharmacy, but also my friends. They're the best.
Horrible service. Everytime I have trouble with a pharmacy tech named Carlos. Called the pharmacy to complain about his behavior and all I got was excuses. I feel that I am discriminated against.
They do a really good job here and the staff is always available and attentive when I need anything. If there are any issues with my prescriptions they always call me ahead of time which is really nice.
The pharmacy was rude! I dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready the next day at 5pm. I didn't get there till 930 and was glad to know it was a 24 hr pharmacy since I couldn't get there till late. There were 6 cars in the drive thru so I figured it would be quicker to go inside. I was wrong! There was one person a head of me and when it was my turn the cvs cashier told me someone would be with me shortly. I waited in line for 15 min. Watching the cashier and another employee clock out and go home. I watched another come in I'm assuming from a break and have a conversation with another employee behind the counter complain about how long they had been there working that day. Finally when someone decided to acknowledge me standing there I was told my prescription still was not ready! I told her I dropped it off yesterday. All she said to me was she wasn't there yesterday so she didn't know anything about it! No I'm sorry or explanation as to why it was taking so long and no apology for having to wait in line for 15 min only to be told it still wasn't ready! While I stood there nobody was helping everyone waiting in the drive thru either. If your going to be a 24 hr pharmacy than you should have enough people working that don't have such bad attitudes to be able to help your customers!
I love every one of them here! They are so helpful and I have been going here for my prescription refills and more for 8 years.
The service has been so good consistently year after year! They are all super everyone that works here. They have been knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. I have recommended many others here and they to continue to go here over the large box stores for their medications too.
I like how the employees here are knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and there when I need them for me to ask questions. My prescriptions are ready in a timely manor and they supply all of the products I need.
Ever since they've been open I have been going here. The employees are always knowledgeable and are able to answer any of my questions. What I like most about Medicap is how I've known them for so long and how they have gotten to know me.
