Buyer Beware!!!!I bought a 2013 Chrysler town and country on the26th of December 2017. Before I got home from the car lot the check engine light came on. I contacted Duke and returned immediately to his mechanic I was informed that the 02 sensor was bad he first refused to replace it but did agree. He ordered the sensor and I came back and it was replaced. After leaving the shop before I got home again the light came back on, I contacted Duke immediately he told me to stopped back by and he would check it. This was also done, now he said the Catakytic converter was bad and that he was not going to replace it. Keep in mine I never got home with the van before the light came on both times. I will be pursuing this further.
I told them up front that I didn't want a rust bucket. They assured me that the vehicle was tip top so I drive and hour to check it out. One look underneath and I didn't even bother to test drive it. I did find another vehicle that I liked but before I could even test drive it, the salesman started lowballing me on my trade to the point of saying there was a problem with the title(branded title). I called the title department at my bank and there was absolutely no problem with the title. They offered me $7500 for my trade which was $4000 below another dealerships CASH offer!!! These guys are bottom feeders. Complete scum. Beware!!!! You don't want anything they have!!!! They sell JUNK and when they can't find anything wrong with your trade, they start making things up!!!
I brought my van to them to sell. We agreed to an $. They sold it in Oct 2015. I had to release the title for the new bank loan from buyers. I did. They have yet to pay me in full. They stole my van. Every excuse in the book from Lorenzo the owner. They owed me $2800. I got a check 23rd Dec for $1000. Check in Jan for $500. Check in February after threatening to go to NC District Attorney for $1200 and it bounced. These guys are true crooks. I'm sure i'm not the only one as the cars in the lot keep getting vandalized. Stay away take your chances with craigslist anything is better then these "smiling nice guys" Wolves in sheep's clothing!!!
purchased a 2006 Nissan Altima for 5300$, found out vehicle has a bad transmission, and there was water leaking into the motor which caused a piston to stop working now if i were to sell vehicle now, i would get 2000-2500$. no responsibility taken by dealer.
Buyer beware! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!! They will CHEAT AND LIE TO YOU! When we test drove the truck we bought everything seemed fine, but before we could even get the truck home the motor starting doing a ticking noise. A certified Ford mechanic said the camshafts were machined down and temporarily used in the aluminum head to quiet it until sold. The motor has 1 or 2 bad heads and we are looking at a $4,000 fix. THE VEHICLE WAS RIGGED in order to sell. The worst part was he wanted us to buy the Warranty and submit a claim after it was driven a few hundred miles so they wouldn't get suspicious. BAD BUSINESS!!!! Paul from Direct automotive is the person who we made the purchase through.
I purchased my Mustang in March of 2013, it needed a set of new tires, the FM radio would not pick up & there ended up being a problem with the transmission. Of course, they NEVER fixed these problems, but when you are a victim of identity theft, you begin to realize, this is par for the course. I eventually started to nick away at the problems myself, costing me an arm & a leg & while doing so, I continued to make my payment on time & in full except for two payments which I split in half. They triple charge you for the cars & then they do nothing to honor any warranties & their Customer Service is that of someone with a Hitler complex. I ended up injured at my job & have been out of work almost a year now & it took my lawyer contacting them to get them off my back but they still used their remote kill switch to cut off my car, knowing I needed it to get back & forth to my doctors & lawyers. Now I have had to depend on friends to chauffeur me back & forth? Although I have a car. It's not like I would run out of state with it, I always stayed in touch with them & they had all my contact information. I understand they have a business to run but it would be a bit easier to understand if they were a truly legit & honest business in the first place.ICarsNow is just a company out there taking advantage of people in bad situations & bleeding them of all the money they ever have. Most of their cars are salvage cars, flood cars & so on. If you can find another car dealer, one with a better reputation & one that actually knows how to treat their customers, I r recommend that you purchase your car from them. Being tied to this company, is like living with leeches attached to your vital organs, sucking every drop of blood & life from you!
I want to say that they are great. pk really understood what we were going through and did everything to make sure we got the best deal. I have tried couple of other repair shops but this one is the best by service. They are very understanding and have big hearts . thanks for all your help and support we will be going there for now on
This company is excellent in giving anyone with any type of credit a car. You will be approved almost immediately. But they have no respect for anyone and the warranty department sucks! There is lady named Mary over warranty and she treats you like your taking from her because you want you car properly functioning. I told my loan officer there is always a problem with my car since day one, and she recommended I go to another car dealership and trade it. Really? I also expressed that the office that lot I purchased my car from tried to scam me. Did they care? No! This company is quick to draft the money for car payments but they are awful when it comes to customer care. I would not recommend anyone else to buy any of these vehicles. I never drive my car!!!! This company is terrible, and thats a fact!!
