The last 2 times were terrible. Waited on Salads, then dinner arrived right after salad, waitress did not seem to care about our table. Contacted corporate said they'd reply in 48 hrs. Took 5 days for them to leave a message and never called me again. They care as much about customer service as the restaurant. Will never go back there.
Great family restaurant, locally owned, friendly staff, always willing to help. They have a breakfast and lunch menu, only thing they close at 3:00 p.m.
First class steak house, we have never been disappointed. They fix steaks just the way you order them, salads are always fresh. Keep up the excellent work.
High priced some fish overcooked nice atmosphere. Shrimp was good given the incorrect info over phone. Deserts were bland guess if u order off the menu it is better.
Was told if you order just wings, you have to pay for refills on your drinks... although we have been eating at this place for 5 years and even the "owner" has come by our table and refilled our drinks. They also are charging extra for teriyaki wings which I have never heard of before. We asked when the rules have changed and the waitress got an attitude and went and told the owner and he came to the table and threatened to cancel our order. On top of all that, they are trying to add a $ 10.00 tip to our bill. I wasn't given a copy of my receipt but luckily I took a picture of it... The food has always been good but the owner is hateful and rude and cheap.....
I called in to make a To-Go order. When I got to the restaurant the waitress lady realized tht she made mistake with my order. She made snide remarks and had an attitude about having my order wrong and telling me that the Steak sandwhiches( which I did not order) were the same price as fish sandwhiches. I told her I just would leave rather than wait an extra 30 mins for the food. I recieved no apology. The manager came out and held the door so I could not leave and told me it was against the law to order food and not pay for it. I will never go back
