They will lie to your face. Absolutely the rudest associates I have ever dealt with. It's a shame. This used to be a fantastic location. Don't trust anything they have to say about contracts or upgrades.
I have a mixed opinion of the stores knowledge , some good some bad.I can tell you is the stores are deffinatly instructed to not inform you of know problems with equipment. I purchased the Home Fusion system 14 months ago and it still does not function. I did specifically ask if there were any know issues with the system, and was told no, it works great! I now know there has been on going issues from what I can tell for about two years. it does not work 30% of the time at my home. I have been told its equipment, I have been told its my area and I have marginal service. I was even told by a Verizon rep that my service is marginal so the only thing they can do is let me out of my contract. Now they have no record of that and claim they have no way of knowing who the Verizon field rep was that came out to my house. As long as equipment related and they claim they are working on it you are stuck. I asked if 14 months was acceptable and the only comment was "we are sorry but we are working on it" sounds like a scam, but either way, Verizon is getting your money so Thats all they care.
wow. very helpful crew. seemed like they had my intrest in mind and not commission. i would recommend this repair/sales center to anyone with any kind of repair or sales question. ASK FOR MIKE (repair manager) OR BIG JOHN (sales rep). Tell them MILO sent you!!
