I was traveling from Kentucky to Detroit on business when my car died on I-75 just over the Ohio boarder. A state cop pulled up and recommended Pauls Automotive in Monroe. I gave them a call and they sent a tow truck out to get me and told me they where very busy but would try to squeeze me in. The towing company gave me ride to the shop when they towed my vehicle. Upon arrival I noticed they had a lot of cars and appeared to be very busy. The owner offered to drop me off at one of the local restaurants down the road, instead of sitting there. I gladly accepted. I took them a few hours to get to me, but the fix ended up being a broken wire. I feel they where really fair with me, they could have told me anything and charged me whatever. I just wanted to say thanks for being honest and getting me back on the road.
