You cannot get information from this company. Their website is no help in finding out what hours their locations are open. If you call the 888 number, you cannot get any information or talk to a human being. I am trying to cancel service for my brother, who was killed, and they won't let me because I am not "authorized". I was told I have to show up in person at an office and turn in the cable boxes and remotes. BUT I cannot find when the offices are open, or the phone numbers to the specific offices. I have never been treated so poorly by a company, especially while I am in mourning.
