Just purchased a 2010 FLHTCU and the purchase experience was great. Have not used the service department yet so I can't rate them but the salesman Scott made my purchase go very smooth. I joked with them during the final paperwork that the only painful part of this was writing the check. Seriously though, the price was very fair compared to the other dealers in the area. Over-all great experience!Dan

Really quite terrible service. I own an older Honda 900cc motorcycle that seemed to have battery/charging issues I took my motorcycle to this dealership to have it fixed at first they told me that it was the battery so that get replaced $80. I was riding the bike to work the very next day and it did not make it 4 miles before it died on me and would not start. I took it back they said that it may not have been the battery after all but the CDI (charging system) $400. Confident that the issue was repaired they said they drove the bike 30 miles to make sure that the issue was repaired GREAT!!! So I took the bike on a cruise out in the country and it died on me once again....I had about had it with this place but they said they would repair it at no charge to me except parts so I agreed one more time to bring it back. Upon receiving the motorcycle they did a battery of tests on it and found that the rotor and brushes were likely worn out with age and use. So I agreed to allow them to fix it again $500.You’re not going to believe this but the bike died again! I was absolutely livid the service manager at the time Greg said that there was nothing else to fix and that there was nothing that could be done sort of a nice way of saying go take a flying one.I ended up going to some little place on Monroe st and they said it was the battery they found three bad cells so I replace the battery for a second time and never had a problem again. And PS they would not take the battery back and no credit given on the unnecessary services all and all it cost me $980 for no service rendered I hope that no one has this experience
