It is October 2016 and nothing has changed. As with the review of 2014, I have been waiting for a release to be able to close. Customer service is non-existent. Phone calls and e-mails get no response. But they make sure they get their fees upfront. Would not do business with them.

I applied for Partial Release of some property on September 18, 2014. I was sent instruction that I needed to send $300 for a processing fee and $500 for an appraisal. I sent two cashier checks on October 1, 2014. Nothing has been done to this date (December 23, 2014). I have the property sold for a good price if I can get a release. I have never been any more discouraged in dealing with an institution of any kind. If you are considering doing business with Chase please reconsider. They have to be the worst place for customer service that exists.
