We had a Houston-based consultant who prides himself on being a food connoiseur as well as a Lafayette based guest in for a seminar. Our dining experience at Cotton totally delivered. All five guests loved their meals, even to the point that my consultant told Chef Cory he was "wasting his talent in Monroe." I've also travelled the country and have yet to find a place that consistently delivers the way Cotton does.
Corys food isn't any better than when he was at Sage. Prices too high and the food was only OK. The Staff was great except for the Barmail in the downstairs Bar. She had a big attitude problem.
