        Wonderful people! LOVE them have bought ALL of my rather large jewelry collection from them! Still shop there even though I live in Colorado now! They ship it all to me!! Can't wait to retire from military life and move back closer to them!

        Im not sure what KK from west monroe is speaking of because ive recieved nothing but the best service from both Flair locations. Do you honestly think a jewelery store that has been around for over 45 years would still be in business if they did such things as switching stones. You must have them mistaken with other less respected establishments in the area. Flair has the best merchandise, the best customer service and the best repair department in the twin cities!

        The worst decision I ever made!

        I took my sapphire and diamond ring in to be fixed, it needed repronged. It was fixed alright, they switched the stones from real sapphires to birthstones and when I talked to the manager, he acted like he didn't believe me. I tell everyone, don't trust them anymore! For anything! I don't even wear my ring anymore I am ashamed of it! It isn't real anymore!! It just depresses me everytime I think about it!!
