Last week I had a rental customer on the rode. Called Mike about the water issue they were having. Mike held a guy through lunch to wait for them to arrive. He installed a water pump with very little delay for my customer. Great folks , He sent my customers off , I gave him a credit card. Disappointed: Stopped in route with new Dometic AC issues on our camper. Called ahead for afternoon appointment. When they looked at out unit we were told we probably had low freon. That unit would have to be replaced. Service mgr Mike Hart and owner Mike Silvil said they would contact Dometic for replacement unit / order it for us/ and we would return for warranty service. They did not do as they said. A week later when we called to get status on new unit, they told us they hadn't had time and we needed to call Dometic ourselves. When I contacted Mike Silvil again to remind him he had told us they would handle it, he said they would need readings from the unit before they could contact Dometic. I feel they either never had any intention of servicing us or they are incompetent and neglected to do what was necessary to service us. 90 miles is too far to drive back and forth. I will seek Dometic service elsewhere.
