I have never had a problem with this bank or the staff. They have always been professional and quick to take care of my problems. They have gone out of their way to make sure all of my banking was handled quickly and accurately. No issues at all for over 5 years.

First off let me say that I'm not a fan of large banks since there are plenty of small local and regional banks that can better and less corruptly put your banknotes to work through fractional-reserve banking. With that being said I needed to go to a bank so Capital One could confirm my identity for a credit card and since this was the closest open financial institution I came here. Although they were understaffed on the Saturday morning I came in with only three bankers and about the same number of lobby tellers, once I waited in the seating area for around 15 minutes I explained what I needed to my banker and even though I informed her that I am not a customer here she went ahead and called Capital One for me which was a 20 minute game of personal information sharing, holding, and handing the phone back and forth. Before we made the call I was told about their checking and savings products and we casually talked about their credit cards and other services during the call but I greatly appreciate the fact that even though I'm not a customer here the banker I worked with was very kind and told me not to worry that the ridiculous verification process was taking so long which was quite a positive experience and made me feel as if I wasn't at such a powerful and monolithic institution.
If I could give this bank negative stars I would. NO customer service whatsoever. They also have outrageous fees. They charge $2 for cashing checks for non-customers, even if the check they're cashing is FROM that bank. When I pay someone from my account and they go to THAT BANK to cash the check they should NOT be charged. Absolutely ridiculous. That is VERY bad business. I will be changing accounts. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to use this bank. They are awful. Absolutely awful!
This is possibly one of the worst banks I have visited in my life. One of the top issues I have had with this bank is it's completely disrespectful and rude staff working there. Every time I have been to this bank the staff has treated me with absolutely no respect as if I'm stupid. Even if it is an hour to closing time they act as if they have no time or patience for customers. Also every time I go in there the staff questions me as if I don't have any clue as to what I'm doing. I am completely unsatisfied with the staff's ill mannered and sarcastic performance.... DON'T USE THIS BANK. I recommend Fidelity Bank in Winder, GA my brother uses this bank and the staff is exceptionally kind and polite every time he visits it, exceptionally well customer service.
