I have purchased trees, shrubs and plants from them several times over the years. They have always been informative and helpful. I usually plant them myself and everything is doing well. Several years ago we bought two 3 foot hollies and had them do the planting. The hollies are now about seven feet tall and are thriving.

Overall

I will never do business with Twombly Nursery. I purchased a signature tree for the front of my home. Over one third of it died in the center. Owner Andrew asked me to give it some time to recover and had his guys prune it aggressivelyI agreed, but now 6 months later it still looks terrible and Andrew refuses to replace it. This is a complete violation of their policy.
