General Info

One-To-One Instruction: Personalized, individualized tutoring is provided at the student’s pace to meet his or her unique educational needs. We focus on the subjects your child or you need help with throughout the school year. Remedial and enriching instructional services are available throughout the entire year, including the summer, when we have more flexibility to pursue your favorite topics! Philosophy: Every human being is special and unique. We each learn in ways that are meaningful and make the most sense to us. Thus, our tutors adapt their approach to each student’s particular learning style. This provides a distinct advantage to students who receive one-to-one instruction. We believe in teaching students not only how to learn, but to love the learning process itself! Qualifications: Our tutors possess master level degrees in Educational Psychology, German Language and Literature, and Music Composition. We possess bachelor level degrees in Psychology, German and French Languages and Literature, and Music Education. We have decades of teaching and tutoring experience in both public and private schools. Areas of Expertise: We tutor in English, French, German, music theory and additional subject areas. Specialize in Special Needs: We have extensive experience and love to work with individuals who have special needs. Awareness of Diversity: We genuinely enjoy assisting individuals of diverse backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, and abilities and are fascinated by all people! Flexible Scheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. We have successfully tutored many students at all ages and levels from elementary through the college level for many years. In fact, many students have raised their grade point averages (GPA) as a direct result of working with us !
