Bark-N-Bath

I have been taking my girls to BNB for a long time. There is NO other shop that even comes close to them! Lisa, the owner is FANTASTIC! The prices are extremely fair for all that they due. They love these pets as if they were their own. My regular groomer, Shelly, has moved out of state. Lisa has lost a top notch groomer and a wonderful girl! I miss her terribly and wish there was a way to get her back here where she belongs!

A very popular place Bark-n-Bath is!! It sometimes takes weeks to get in, but they are definately worth the wait! The owner, Lisa is so kind, and compassionate with the animals. She treats all the dogs as if they were her own! The other girls are great, too! The warm and friendly environment always makes me and my dogs feel at ease. My dogs can't get in the door fast enough when I tell them they are going to see Lisa! The negative review that I have read needs to give Bark-n-bath another try. It must have just been an off day because in the 8 years of going to them I have NEVER been unhappy or had any problems. All my friends love this place too! We tell EVERYONE about them! Their 2 week wait time for appointments must say something about them! THANK YOU BARK-N-BATH!! Me & my dogs LOVE you guys!!

I have been going to BARK N BATH since they opened which means many years.. I never ever had a bad experience with this place . The owner Lisa is a very caring compassionate person . Lisa has groomed my 2 dogs and cat , and I can tell you she goes over and beyond what she needs too as a groomer. When I need to drop off my dogs very early before they open she opens for me and even when I have to pick my dogs up late the same.. My dogs always smell good and the haircut is just awesome every time.. As for my cat which is a long haired cat she does an awesome job on him too, he is a little hard to handle most of the time but she takes her time and gets him done each time and he is NEVER stressed out .. All the girls there are just awesome and professional . I will continue to send people there..

I was referrred to this place by a local vet. I had an appt. at 10AM for my 2 cats to be bathed, ears cleaned, nails clipped. Upon arriving I noticed it was very chaotic.

But I instructed groomer what I wanted done & she asked don't I want a "brush out", I said no, I want them both bathed in water. I asked owner what time they should be done, she said 1 or 2 PM. At 2:30 PM I called & asked, if they were done. Whoever answered said, the one cat had been "brushed out" & the other cat hasn't left his cage. I asked how much longer? She said 4 or 4:30, she said what takes so long is the "drying time." Not remembering what she had just said, (DOESN'T DRYING TIME REQUIRE TO BE WET FIRST?) that 1 cat was only "brushed out" & the other never left his carrier. (what drying time?) I was stunned, that they hadn't even started the other cat. Then a few seconds later, I got another call, saying they can't get the cat out of his carrier & could I come there & hold him. I said no but I will be there to pick them both up NOW. We got there & spoke to the owner & questioned why hadn't anything been done, the cats were there at 10AM & its now 3PM (5 hrs later & nothing was done). She was trying to charge me $25.00 for the "brush out" that I did not want & had stated as such. They had put some kind of powder on the cat & that was a "brush out." I could do a brush out at home. The owner offered for me to bring them back at night & she'd give it a try to get them in & out. I said thanks but no thanks, I won't be returning, you know the expression, fool me once shame on you, not giving them a 2nd chance to fool me again. I don't think they know what they're doing. It was a complete waste of time & 2 poor stressed out cats in their carriers for 5 hrs for NOTHING. This also makes me question my current vets' standards, to refer me to a place like this. Something is not right here, NEVER AGAIN !!! CAN YOU SAY F*CK TARDS!!!!!!!!
