Jason Murley was by far the best sales associate I came across in my search for a car. He took the time to listen to what I wanted. He explained every detail of the process without making me feel naive for asking. In the end I wound up in a car that I love and probably would not have found had it not been for him. This was my first experience with Courtesy Kia and Jason Murley in Sales made it awesome. He was polite and professional from the second I walked through the door. He respectfully answered questions I had regarding options given my less-than-stellar credit history and focused on putting me in the vehicle of my choice and not just any vehicle that would yield him an easy commission. Judging by the reviews on other websites, I am not the exception to the rule. Jason Murley is the man to see.
Her 2006 Kia Sorento had what she thought to be a major problem. I called in the morning to their service dept and spoke with Brent. He was very courteous and helpful. He assured me he would take a look at the problem personally and let me know the outcome. It is reassuring to know that there are kind people out there to look after our kids when then are away at college and not trying to take advantage of the situation. Once he had a look at the car he called to let me know the issues that needed to be taken care of. He told me what it would cost for parts and labor and said that it was safe to drive until they could repair it. He also told me that they would take a look and let me know any other possible issues but would not do any work - and there would be no charge to give me that information. She set up an appt to get the work done next week and Brent said he would personally take care of it . I can't thank him enough for his kindness and honesty.
Follow-up to Service on my daughters car....Success so far - she picked it up and they fixed what they said they would and made sure it was safe to be on the road. They were very polite and helpful. Recommended things that need to be done to maintain the car. Most of which I figured needed to be done with the amount of miles on the car. Never tried to up sell me. I appreciate an honest place that looks after customers like they were their family. That type of service goes along way these days!!! Brent did just what he said he would do!!! We will return as customers.Thank you!
Went in to get a oil change and then to find out the same day my oil was leaking, so to keep the story short, service was booty the first and only time I went there.
Buyer beware! Do not trust these guys. Go to Reynolds Ford or even Dahl in Davenport. Seriously. They will say ANYTHING to make a sale. I bought a vehicle last year and I was promised a cargo cover and a few other things once everything was signed and good to go. After I left, not a dang thing. Nothing, they acted like the conversation never happened.Then when I check my credit, they literally ran my credit and did a hard inquiry, every single time I sat down in one of their offices to discuss financing within the same week! Do you know how much that lowers somebody's credit score? They did it without my permission because I NEVER would have agreed to that. One time is enough and that's all they need to see. Not every single time you walk back into an office and sit down a day or so later. Then when I called and asked them to remove it, or to talk to the owner, all I get is excuses. I'll be leaving negative feedback with Ford Corporate to factor into their annual reviews and dealership awards and I am currently disputing the extra credit inquiries. I'll adjust my review if they can provide better customer service and stop playing games!
