The employees are very nice and attentive to my wants and needs while I'm there!

Very unorganized, hostile patients and unprofessional employees

Very disorganized. VERY Chaotic. Loud. Messy place. People talking with Attitude. The employees inside talking about Sexual things while your trying to donate, Making it awkward while your trying to donate. The booths are set up in a way where You have to face other people almost stare at each other and there so close together. Some Chairs are ripped with holes and covered with Duct Tape. Not Sanitary if you ask Me. They only spray the chairs down with disinfectant after a Person leaves but Lot's of people I've notice come in Dripping in Sweat and Cover in clothes with dirt or holes. Not even sanitary if your Asking a guy like Me. Not even a good place to Work. HORRIBLE!!

When I walked into the center, it seemed very disorganized & chaotic! The managers seemed to watch the employees struggle keeping up while they belittle their employees. Definitely not a place I would want to work as well as donate!..So I left!

If you don't mind being ignored when you walk in for service then this is the perfect place for you. When you walk in no one says hello to you or explains anything, as a matter of fact when the workers see someone walk in several workers migrate in the office and hold lengthy conversations while peaking out the door at you. The lobby had several people waiting but no one seemed to know what was taking so long for service. I went to the office where the conversations were taking place and the staff acted as though they didn't want to help or answer any questions.
