I got a free car upgrade. They were very friendly. The car was clean. Will definitely rent from there again and will recommend them.
The car was great. The service was great. I was not aware until I got there that there would be a $200.00 deposit and that a lot of identification was needed to use a debit card. Other than these two issues, it was a good experience and I will use Enterprise again. Just wish I was aware of everything needed before I got to the counter. Fortunately we had the information needed and we had the $200.00 for the deposit.
its always a pleasure to rent form this location as i have several times over the years and the service is great!They always seem to give me great deals and upgrades and the cars are clean and ready to go and very easy to just park your car in the airport lot and walk over and parking is very cheep as well!!
Have use the Moline airport Enterprise Rent-A-Car several time and always pleased with service. Easy to get a car you like and prompt and friendly.
Always a great experience. My recent visit (03/02/16 - 03/06/16) to the Quad Cities was by far the best. New fleet of cars so they upgraded my vehicle. Great customer service at this location.
The process was quick, Madison was very professional, and the vehicle was new and exactly what I needed.
I did not rent a car from this enterprise or any other enterprise. I did however try to e-mail the e-mail address on receipt to find out why I received this receipt for my rewards card. Then I was sent an e-mail saying that they no longer use that email. Then I had to do research to figure out where to call as the e-mail directed you to the website who directed you back to the old e-mail. Then when I called customer service (the only good part about this experience) and I was told the number was entered incorrectly and she would get it fixed. Then the next day I got 2 calls from this office telling me that they didn't know how to get me a receipt. They then e-mailed me and gave me the information for the person who actually rented the car and that she needed me to call her back so she could figure out how to get me the receipt. I had tried calling several time the day before with no answer. I now know where and when the person picked up the car their name and last 4 of the card use
Overall good experience. Was very difficult for my company to have two drivers on the car. Tried to book online, then the phone, after that I drove to the office to sign the papers. Still not enough had to go pick-up co-worker so they could sign. After 2 1/2 hours I finally was able to get it done. The office worker was very helpful but unable to make it easier.
I was quickly check-out with a clean, undamaged car with a full tank of gas.The entire Enterprise experience was flawless as usual.
For 6 years I have rented from them every summer and have always had an additional driver at no charge. This year I booked ahead and paid in advance to get a savings, however upon picking up the vehicle and adding the additional driver (a member of my family) I was informed that would be another $140. How come all of a sudden I'm paying for this?? Needless to say, next year I am checking all rental places for the "best" deal and may not renting from you again. I've spent close to $4,200 the last 6 years with you, guess my money isn't that important.
