To All Honey Spa Workers, thanks for the Yoga exercises chart book. Love that's its waterproof. I did some of them last night along with my own. A little stiff this morning, but a good feeling. Buying your product was money well spent.
I gave your brochure and card to a woman from church who came to see it, she said she was jealous. I hope she contacts you. the Pool and Spa are working fine. Thanks for everything.
Your customer service( getting back and answering my emails as quickly as possible) is so appreciated. To Tim, Ellyn, Krystal and Ben Thank you All!
I used Honey Tubs a few years back and it was the worse experience ever. This group did not keep any promise in regard to delivery or scope of work completed.
Then, I stopped by recently and figured I would give them another chance for my business.
But, upon pulling into their parking lot and seeing all the items listed on their sign, such as 100% payment in advance, items purchased as is and other less than customer oriented terms, I turned around and left.
Personally, there are many good hot tub suppliers and technicians in the Reading area....but Honey Tubs is NOT one of them.
Do yourself a favor....move on.

Please stay away from Honey Spas. We purchased a swim spa from them in January for $13,600.00. We paid in cash and promptly at the insistence of Tim Honey to help keep his men working through the winter. We were promised delivery by the middle of May, but it was delivered Memorial Day weekend and we had to provide 95% of the manpower. We were promised by Tim Honey in front of all the men of my family and friends that whatever we needed he would be there for us. It is only his second swim spa, so he said there may be some issues but he would be there for us every step of the way. Our swim spa has only be in for three weeks and has silicone rings floating in it every time we turn on the jets.
He never came over to instruct us how to dispense the proper chemicals and the jets as he promised. My husband had to go to honey spas, where his wife gave him a little pamphlet on programing the filtration system and sold us $300 in chemicals with no filters, that were part of the package Our swim spa has been green and slimy now for a week. My husband called Tim Honey and left a message to inform him about the condition of the swim spa in the beginning of the week with no response. I private messaged him on face book about returning our call and the state of the swim spa. He finally called and was very defensive and argumentative with my husband. He told him that he would send his daughter out to get a sample today which never happened. I posted a comment about hoping anyone in the future who buys a swim spa, once it's delivered, I hope they hear from him. He called our home phone last nigh twice and my husband's work cell phone twice last night, leaving a very irate, rude message demanding an apology. I spoke to him this morning 6/19 to no satisfaction. He told me I should behave and apologize to him. He spoke to us about the previous owner in a derogatory manner calling Carlos' wife the most horrible b word he ever met. I told him how unprofessional I felt this was calling his customer such horrible things and that it is slander and unprofessional to share that with us. He informed me that when he speaks about me to his customers he will be using the same vernacular unless I behave and apologize. I responded to him that he was a misogynist, and hated women. He responded, "that's right I hate women, that's the way I will always be, take it or leave it." Is this the way you treat your customers who paid $12,600 for a product, you will not stand by? Scream, yell, swear and insult them when they need their swim spa serviced. My husband called him to admonish him to never speak to his wife in this manner. He told my husband if he wanted the 2000 lb. spa serviced to bring it in. Is this professional behavior? For the extreme price your paying for this product, the quality and customer service is not there. The cheapest materials were used for the cabinet of the swim spa.
He still would not do anything about this $12,600 green pond. It is expensive lawn furniture now. When my husband brought the water sample over to Tim Honey, his daughter informed us the bromine was too low, which means the filtration system isn't working correctly to distribute the chemicals throughout the swim spa. Tim Honey's curt response was to refund us the $300.00 and told us to get the chemicals elsewhere. My husband did precisely that and balanced the swim spa himself. He still refused to help us and threatened to tear my husband apart. He also refused to give us our 30 year warranty which is part of our purchase agreement and to take legal action to get it, which we have done. We also filed a report with the police for the harassment and threat to do bodily injury to my husband. Don't ever do business with this man or his company. You will regret it.
Our attorneys received a warranty from Honey Tubs that is virtually useless.

My family and I were new to the area. Our new neighborhood was everything we dreamed of, except it lost power with every major storm. I talked to several of our neighbors and many of them had a back up generator. Those who did, recommended Honey Spas/ Honey Corporation. Mr Honey, was knowledgeable and professional. He gave me his card with his personal cell phone # and said " if there's a problem with your generator in the middle of a storm, the last thing you want to hear is an answering machine." I have found my experience with Honey Spas/ Honey Corporation as excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone.
We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying your spa and we appreciate the kind words.
Bought a reconditioned hot tub almost a year ago. it didn't work properly the day they delivered it,had problems since and still doesn't work to date! Although reconditioned hot tubs are sold "as is" i was given their word they would fix the hot tub....needless to say that wasn't any good either. OH on a side note the hot tub came with a used filter and that's nasty!
I just purchased a spa from Honey Spas and I am very happy with the service, staff and spa that i purchased. They are very friendly and helpful. This being the first spa i ever purchased, each of them took the time to explain and make sure i understood how to operate my spa, despite being very busy in the store. The delivered to my home over 1 hour away, THE NEXT DAY. I couldn't be happier. Dan Altieri, Coopersburg, PA
I recently called Honey Spas, who I have done business with for several years about an issue I was having with my hot tub. They came out right away. the service technician Ben was on time, courteous and left the hot tub in working order. he took the time to make sure I understood the new system and how the hot tub functions. thank you Honey Spas! Honey Spas made it easy for me, I wanted to use my hot tub until I left for Florida for the winter. They came the day after I left and closed the tub down, called me that day and said everything went well. Very Professional! Thank you for the great customer service!
Honey Spa is better at selling than customer service!
Mr. Haney purchased a refurbished used spa from Honey Spas, and was satisfied with his spa, his hot tub was delivered on time and he never requested services from us. We feel his response is unfair and unjustified. At Honey Spas we strive to provide the best customer service possible.
